Do I need a referral to see you?
No you don't need a referral unless you are claiming through a 3rd party

Are your services covered by private health insurance?
Yes, different rebates are available depending on your Health Insurance provider and the level of cover that you have. We are registered with all health funds and DVA.

Are your services covered by Medicare?
Not usually, however there may be some scope for coverage under the recently introduced Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) scheme. Speak to your GP for more information.

Do you have HICAPS?
Yes

What are your payment terms?
Payment is required at time of treatment

Is there a cancellation fee?
If we are given less than 24 hours notice of an appointment cancellation, you may be liable for the appointment fee if that appointment slot is not filled.

How long does an appointment last?
Our appointments are 30 mins long and involve a one on one consultation with the resident physiotherapist.

What should I bring to my appointment?
Other than yourself, any relevant referrals, scans and x-rays pertaining to your issue/injury.

What should I wear?
Loose comfortable clothing that allows for easy treatment and manipulation.
